This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the RC FREEDOM 47 program from ASHTALKO GJORGO COMMERCE LLC ("the Company"). Please read it carefully before enrolling.
RC FREEDOM 47 is a digital education program. On successful payment, access to the private Discord community and the recorded course library is delivered instantly. Because the program is delivered digitally and access to proprietary materials cannot be revoked once granted, all sales are considered final at the time of delivery.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of this digital content begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to the purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Once your Discord invite has been redeemed or you have accessed any part of the course library, coaching calls, templates, or resource vault, the purchase is non-refundable.
If you believe you have been charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction at support@nationalaccessservices.com and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge that is confirmed.
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons already covered by this Refund Policy. If you have an issue, please contact us first and we will work with you in good faith.
We may, at our sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund is granted as a courtesy and does not create an obligation to grant future refunds.
