These Terms of Service govern your purchase of the RC FREEDOM 47 program from ASHTALKO GJORGO COMMERCE LLC ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in the program or accessing any part of the community, course library, or coaching services, you ("you", "member", or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.
RC FREEDOM 47 is a digital education and mentorship program that includes access to a private Discord community, on-demand recorded lessons, live and group coaching calls, templates, and — depending on the tier purchased — private coaching sessions. The exact deliverables of each tier are as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Enrollment is completed directly through our third-party payment provider (Whop). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information at enrollment and for keeping your contact details up to date.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Whop). Listed prices exclude payment processing fees, which are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your purchase. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Once payment is confirmed, access to the private Discord community and course library is delivered instantly to the account and email address you provided at checkout. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as described in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for maintaining an active Discord account and for the security of your credentials.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the program materials for your own educational purposes. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any program materials, and you may not share your Discord access with any other person.
All content within the program — including videos, written materials, templates, swipe files, frameworks, and community discussions — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You agree to treat other members and coaches with respect and to refrain from harassment, spam, unauthorized promotion, doxxing, or any unlawful activity within the community. We reserve the right to remove members who violate these rules without refund.
The program provides education and mentorship. It does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or professional result. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Please review our Earnings Disclaimer for more information.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for the program. In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of your use of the program, your business activities, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update the program materials, coaching schedule, and community structure from time to time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will apply prospectively.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
